Fondant cake/ Cream cake:
Please store in the refrigerator between 0 and 4 degrees celsius.

Bombshell Cake:
- If there is no cake in the ball, it can be stored in a refrigerator between 0 and 4 degrees celsius or air-conditioning place, avoid direct sunlight.
- If there is cake in the ball, please store it in a refrigerator between 0 and 4 degrees celsius.

Cup cakes:
- For cream cupcakes, please store them in a refrigerator between 0 to 4 degrees celsius.
- For fondant cupcakes, please store them in a refrigerator or
an air-conditioned place at 0 to 4 degrees celsius to avoid direct sunlight.
*All the above products do not contain preservatives and are best consumed on the day of pickup*

How to make a payment?

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation
within 2 days via WhatsApp. You should check the details of
the order carefully and make fully payment by transferring to HSBC.
Please also provide the deposit receipt and order number for confirmation.

🚚 Delivery time starts at 9:00 am
(that is, the delivery time slot is: 9:00 am to your cake time)
The actual delivery time will be arranged according to
the region of the day and will be notified the day before delivery.
For designated time delivery, the surcharge is HK$100
🚚 Adverse Weather Arrangements:
In case of Tropical Cyclones No.8 or above,
or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.
All self-pickup/delivery will be suspended and postponed until it is cancelled.
We will call or WhatsApp to notify customers
delivery and pick-up arrangements
If you want to change the pickup date due to typhoon,
you must notify at least two days in advance at 9:00 am or before.
If the date is changed after the deadline, we will have the right to charge
the material cost (depending on the completion of the cake)

🔶 Refund policy:
We does not provide any refunds.
If the customer wants to change the pickup date,
please contact us at least one week in advance.
If some materials have been prepared,
the customer needs to pay the relevant fees.
The remaining amount paid can be ordered within one year.
